Who we are

Falcon & Frost is a strategic advisory firm specializing in public affairs, stakeholder engagement, governance design, and vendor ecosystem alignment for complex, public-facing initiatives.

Founded on the insight that clarity can be catalytic when it comes to project success, our partners and clients benefit from over 50 years of combined executive experience across large public agencies, major infrastructure programs, and politically sensitive environments.

Our leadership has been deep inside some of Canada’s most complex and significant projects, offering perspective that blends strategic foresight with grounded judgement. That lived experience shows up in how we listen, how we ask questions, and how we relentlessly pursue the clarity leaders need to move forward with purpose.

We know that a strong foundation of communications infrastructure and relationship discipline will stand the test of time. We know because we’ve been there.

Our Founders
Jen van der Valk
Founder
Jen van der Valk is a seasoned public affairs executive with more than 25 years of experience leading high-stakes, politically sensitive files across infrastructure, government, advocacy, and complex public institutions.

Her career spans C-Suite and Executive roles at Metrolinx, the Ontario Government, and the Toronto Region Board of Trade, where she shaped major capital programs, navigated multi-agency environments, advanced complex public policy agendas, and stewarded some of Ontario’s most visible public brands.

Jen is known for bringing clarity to complexity. She helps leaders align around shared priorities, connect stakeholder, political, reputational, and delivery realities, and move forward with confidence when the path is unclear.
Erin Moroz
Founder
Erin Moroz brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across major infrastructure delivery, AEC and engineering consultancy leadership, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, and government.

Her career spans senior roles at GFT, Metrolinx, the Toronto District School Board, and within government, giving her a rare perspective across both the owner and delivery partner sides of complex capital programs.

Erin is known for her sharp insight, steady judgement, and ability to ask the tough questions that help leaders see what their delivery systems may be missing. She helps clients pressure-test alignment, strengthen decision-making, and surface risk before complexity turns into cost, delay, or reputational exposure.
