A seasoned public affairs executive with over 25 years leading high‑stakes, politically sensitive files across Ontario’s most complex public institutions, Jen brings big-picture strategy to every table, backed by a relentless drive to get things done. Her career spans senior roles at Metrolinx, the Ontario Government, and the Toronto Region Board of Trade—where she shaped major capital programs, navigated multi‑agency governance, and stewarded some of the province’s most visible brands.

Jen is known for her ability to bring clarity to complexity. She aligns executives around shared priorities, establishes practical governance and decision structures, and ensures that stakeholder, political, and delivery realities are tightly connected. Her leadership has guided multi‑billion‑dollar programs through scrutiny, transition, public expectations, and rapid change.

Across senior roles at Metrolinx, the Toronto District School Board, and within government, Erin has led multi‑disciplinary teams through some of the most challenging engagement, community relations, and public affairs environments in the province. She understands how public expectations, internal alignment, and political timing shape project success—and she has built a career helping leaders anticipate and manage exactly those pressures.

Erin is valued for her steady judgement, her ability to diffuse risk before it escalates, and her skill in guiding senior leaders through sensitive decisions.
